COMPLAINTS AND LITIGATION

At Caravela Seguros we constantly seek the best way to satisfy our customers, trying to provide them with a high level of service.

Your complaint is very important to us. It allows us to improve our services and more importantly, to actively intervene in resolving the reasons for your dissatisfaction.

We have a Complaints Management Service, with its own competencies in the management and handling of complaints, whose main functions are to receive, record, handle and respond to the complaints presented.

You can submit your complaint to us by phone or by filling in your details and letting us know the reason for your dissatisfaction in any of the following ways:
