Check what the damage was, as well as what may have caused it, and try not to touch the traces of the accident.

Always have your insurance policy on hand as well as your property's booklet.

IN THE EVENT OF HOUSEBREAKING, BURGLARY OR THEFT

If an assault or break-in has occurred, contact the authorities as soon as possible.

FILL OUT THE FORM

Fill out the claim reporting form available on FORMS  to ensure that you do not forget any relevant information for settling the claim.

If the Water Damage protocol covers the claim in Horizontal Property Regime (DPA) buildings of the Portuguese Insurance Association, you must use the friendly water damage declaration (DADA) and ensure that the 2 injured parties sign it.

SEND IT TO CARAVELA

After the participation is filled, use the CONTACT FORM to submit it.

You should send it to Caravela no later than 8 days after the accident.
